- First point of contact for incoming correspondence from clients
- Provide administrative support to Advisers and Paraplanners
- Liaise with stakeholders and compile information
- Assisting with the establishment of SMSFs, preparation of SMSF contribution and pension payment reports and preparation of SMSF minutes & ongoing compliance documents
- Complete and process applications, investment transactions and other ad-hoc administrative paperwork
- Respond and action client requests
- Updating / maintaining databases
- Other ad-hoc duties
- 2+ years financial planning experience gained in a similar role
- Hold a Diploma of Financial Planning (or be in the process of completing it)
- Organised, with an attention to detail and a friendly phone manner
- Basic knowledge of Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF)
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Experience using Xplan and/or exposure to fund management platforms (BT Panorama, Asgard, IOOF, MLC etc)
