    We are going through an exciting time of growth in our industry which is providing many opportunities for people to work within the new NDIS business environment supporting people with a disability.

    The After Hours Response Service at CPL provides remote guidance and advice for our Direct Support Workers in situations where they may require support such as critical incidents, during 'after hours' periods. You're the first point of call

    Shifts during operational hours: Minimum 30 hours per fortnight Mon to Thurs 4:00pm to 9:00am
    Friday 4:00pm to Monday 9:00am
    Public Holidays and Weekends 24 hours

    Responsibilities include:

  • Guide and advise Direct Support Workers whilst on shift relating to behaviour support, medication and health care, and emergency or critical situations and queries.
  • Remotely respond to and manage incidents and ensure compliance with critical incident frameworks.
  • Understand and comply with all relevant legislation, policies and procedures.
  • Embody the CPL values in your everyday work and share our values.
  • Selection criteria includes:

  • Experience in an operational support delivery role in disability, aged care or health setting.
  • Ability to work remotely from home, delivering high level customer service.
  • Pro-active solution focused approach.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused on quality outcomes and processes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Solid computer skills e.g. CRM systems and Microsoft.
  • Blue card and Yellow Card or NDIS worker clearance.
