    Manager People, Safety and Wellbeing Role:

    • Lead a diverse function in a complex environment
    • Vital senior leadership role
    • Focus on employee lifecycle, workforce management, and service delivery improvement

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Enhance CoM strategy and employee performance
    • Implement best practices in HR, workplace relations, performance management, and safety
    • Lead a collaborative and outcomes-focused team

    Requirements for the Role:

    • Strong leadership experience in People, Culture, and Safety
    • Expertise in industrial relations and OHS
    • Experience in developing HR and safety strategies
    • Knowledge of industrial relations and managing complex issues
