    The Opportunity

    We're hiring a Commercial Analyst based in Campbellfield, VIC If you're passionate about numbers and insights, enjoy building strong relationships this role is for you.

    As our new Commercial Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our commercial operations, collaborating closely with both Toll operations and finance teams. The purpose of this role is to provide support to Commercial Manager Auto R&C with both BAU tasks and project work.

    This is an initial 6-month, fixed term contract role and caan be part-time (3 days per week, Mon-Wed or Tue-Thu) OR full time (5 days per week, Mon-Fri).

    A day in the life of a Commercial Analyst at Toll Group

    • Review manual invoices prepared by the billing team
    • Perform P&L review and reconciliation
    • Work closely with and under the direction of the Commercial Manager Auto R&C on various projects within Commercial team
    • Collaborate closely with Toll operations to gain insights into the commercial aspects of the business.
    • Manage ad hoc queries from various stakeholders, providing timely and accurate insights to support decision-making processes.

    What you'll need to succeed

    • Demonstrated experience in a similar analytical role, preferably within the logistics, supply chain or transportation industry.
    • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage internal and external stakeholders.
    • Business acumen and analytical skills.
    • Proficiency in Excel including complex formulas and pivot tables.
    • A strategic and proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
    • Experience with PowerBI and Excel macros is highly advantageous.
