    ING Australia are on the search for a Marketing Specialist within our Daily Banking team This role is responsible for supporting the Daily Banking Marketing team in planning, implementation, management & optimisation of go to market communication campaigns, XBUY retention and engagement programs for our Daily Banking product portfolio. The remit goes across the full Daily Banking portfolio of transactions and savings products, supporting full funnel marketing campaign execution and comms management.

    What You'll Do

    • Support the delivery of trigger based marketing plans & campaigns for Daily Banking product portfolio e.g. propensity model, data-integration, sizing, segmentation selection, extraction and supply for marketing communication across customer journeys
    • Contribute to the planning of a yearly marketing calendar aligned with the product and business priorities
    • Build 1:1 customer communications for automated XBUY & future automated decisioning trigger library
    • Contribute to the product Customer Value Proposition, ensuring all product communications remain differentiated with the customer benefit/value at the core as well as compliant
    • Develop & execute integrated go-to-market product marketing campaigns from NTB through to customer engagement & retention
    • Represent the voice of the customer in product workstreams, ensuring all communications are on brand, differentiated and delivering on customer outcomes

    What We're Looking For

    • 2+ years experience in an Financial Services Marketing role, ideally focused on integrated Product Marketing within a marketing organisiation or Agency
    • Desire to learn about our business and customers – all roles provide opportunities to contribute and add value through collaboration and proactive relationship building
    • Proven experience in managing vendors and governance
    • Strong ability to 'think like a customer' and to simplify the experience
    • Exceptional verbal and written skills – high attention to detail and level of organisation
