- Liaise with Product Managers, BDMs and customers during the preliminary design stage to accurately determine requirements from a technical perspective.
- Work closely with the Product Owner to create and refine the product backlog through writing and estimating user stories.
- Provide Applications Software Engineers, Field Application Engineers, Product Managers, and Sales Personal with in-depth knowledge of features and workflows within developed Core Software products.
- Improve readability, reduce complexity and improve maintainability of the code base.
- Support Filed Application Engineers and Aftermarket Technicians with diagnostic procedures for root causing field issues relating to Core Software products.
- Provide pre-sales assistance to Sales Personal and Field Application Engineers.
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 4 years' experience developing with C/C++ (experience also with C# is favorable but not essential).
- Strong exposure to application architecture and design patterns.
- Familiarity with .Net UI frameworks eg. WPF, WinForms, Xamarin, Maui etc.
