    Job Description

    As a Customer Service Agent, you will assist everyday Aussies with their enquiries regarding the federal elections. You will provide bias-free solutions to customers who are looking for information about local voting centers and general enquiries. This is an entry-level position that offers full-time, paid comprehensive training in a supportive environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Use self-service portals to help customers find the information they need.
    • Making every customer feel valued and heard with genuine connections.
    • Deliver top-notch service in every interaction, leaving customers happy and satisfied.
    • Maintain professional standards and adhere to scripted workflows to provide accurate information to customers.
