Responsibilities
- Take ownership of day-to-day office coordination including collecting mail managing postage ordering office kitchen supplies keeping shared spaces tidy well-stocked.
- Liaise with trades IT support when maintenance required oversee office cleaners coordinate yard bin collections ensure printers cartridges general resources ready use.
