    Are you a passionate food enthusiast with a knack for leadership? Join a dynamic supermarket group as a Delicatessen Manager and lead an engaged team to deliver an exceptional high-end product offer. We are on the lookout for talented individuals to drive success in their Mt Lawley location.

    The Role:

    • Lead and motivate a team of 5+
    • Daily development of your Fresh Deli team
    • Cultivate relationships with internal and external stakeholders
    • Achieve daily compliance and sales activity
    • Support the Store Manager to deliver a great customer experience

    • Experienced manager with exposure to a highly regulated environment
    • Previous success in leading and developing a diverse team
    • Motivational leader, coach, and mentor
    • Strong business acumen, KPI driven, and results-focused
    • Passion for visual merchandising and stock control
