    Description

    We are seeking a Sales Support Officer to join our Wacol team on a permanent, full-time basis. Our Sales Support Officers are the first point of contact for our clients.

    This dynamic role involves delivering exceptional customer service by processing sales, generating invoices, and following up orders. Your expert customer service skills will operate as the backbone of the warehouse and support the sales teams and Operations Manager in building and maintaining relationships with clients.

    Responsibilities:

    • Providing expert administrative support to the team
    • Supporting the sales process and running the office
    • Creating promotional and marketing materials for the branch
    • Working with the Elders team to explore new opportunities
    • Maximising promotional opportunities
    • Assisting with expense management

    About You:

    • Comfortable in a collaborative and results-focussed environment
    • Smart, resourceful, forward thinking, and embracing technology
    • Passionate about effecting real change for clients and community
    • Known for attention to detail and experience in business administration
    • Familiarity with agriculture seasons
    • Able to provide high-level customer service and cultivate relationships
