    Job Title: Systems Operator

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Systems Operator to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

    This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of sports technology, as part of a passionate and dynamic team. As a Systems Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating our SMART Replay system at the AFL Review Centre (ARC) in Melbourne, as well as delivering Hawk-Eye's on-site Match Day Technology at Australian venues.

    You may gain exposure to various other services as you grow in the role and become a more experienced member of the team.

    About You

    • Technical Proficiency: A strong foundation in technology, preferably with a knowledge of networking and computer components

    • Problem-Solving: A logical approach to problem-solving and troubleshooting

    • Proactive Attitude: Ability to take initiative and work independently

    • Time Management: Excellent time management skills to thrive in a live broadcast environment

    • Communication: Professional and approachable, with strong listening skills under pressure

    • Passion: Passionate about the AFL and the sports industry in general

    • Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically and work on weekends based around sports fixtures
