    Your Role at St John of God Mt Lawley Hospital

    We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Enrolled Nurses with recent hospital experience to join our friendly, supportive team, in the specialty area of Rehabilitation.

    You will be responsible for the provision of a high standard of patient care in a safe and cost effective manner under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

    The Position

    • Practice in accordance with the Nurses and Midwives Board of Australia.
    • Participates in the planning, delivery and evaluation of patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Midwife.
    • Report information regarding patients to appropriate personnel.
    • Participate as a team member in caring for and educating patients.
    • Implements risk management and preventative measures whilst undertaking their role.
    • Keeps up to date of clinical and technological nursing advances.

    You will have the ability to work effectively and harmoniously within a dynamic health care team, holding effective written and verbal communication skills with commitment to ongoing professional education. In addition, you will possess the ability to problem solve or seek help from appropriate resources and the aptitude to implement care plans under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

    To succeed you will hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse.

    • Salary: $67,798 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) plus 11% superannuation.
    • Permanent full-time and permanent part time positions available, working up to 76 hours per fortnight.
