    What's on offer?

    We are seeking a driven Senior Administrator to join our Fulton Hogan Infrastructure Services team in Mowbray, Tasmania. This position will be a Fixed-Term contract, with expected duration of 14 months (Approx. April 2025).

    As part of this role, you will assist in developing and monitoring process flows to continue to streamline work process relating to contract administration and managing of business unit financial and non-financial data.

    Reporting to the Project Manager, you will also assist the team with:

    • Prepare and reconcile inventory movements for monthly stock management,
    • Reconciling and preparing invoices for submission to clients,
    • Providing assistance as required in developing tenders and pricing in accordance with company guidelines.
    • Ensure cost management for projects is accurately processed.
    • End of month reporting and processing of WIPs and Journals.
    • Work closely with the Operational Management and Finance team to ensure accurate and timely completion of end of month tasks.

    You will bring previous experience in a similar role and willingness to deliver consistent and accurate support. Your ability to prioritise work and meet numerous deadlines as required as well as your ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments to build and maintain strong relationships will see you quickly become a crucial member of the team. This position will allow you to showcase your ability to take ownership, have accountability and demonstrate your ability to take initiative. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel will set you up for success.
