    We are seeking a talented Finance Analyst to join a leading Accounting & Financial Services team. As a Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance Manager - Overheads & Recharges, by ensuring meticulous tracking, management, and accurate reporting of financials for identified Corporate overheads profit centers, aligning with budget expectations. Your keen business partnering skills will be crucial for providing valuable support and guidance to a diverse range of stakeholders.

    About the Job:

    • Tertiary level qualifications
    • CA or CPA
    • Previous experience of SAP, BPC and Power BI highly desirable
    • Strong financial, planning and analysis knowledge
    • Understanding of financial accounting knowledge & audit requirements
    • 3+ years' experience in a similar level role
    • Previous finance experience within a large complex organisation
    • Effective communication and business partnering skills
    • Ability to explain complex matters in a simple way
    • Strong sense of timeliness and accountability

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Proven knowledge and experience with SAP, BPC, and Power BI
    • Demonstrated ability to work in a large complex organization with a deep understanding of entity internal control process
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
    • Experience in maintaining strong working relationships with peer teams and key stakeholders
    • Achievement oriented and capable of managing multiple matters concurrently, meeting deadlines under pressure

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Tertiary level qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or related field
    • CA or CPA certification
    • 3+ years of experience in a similar level role
