    Job Opportunity: Logistics Coordinator

    We are seeking a self-motivated and customer service-focused individual to join our team as a Logistics Coordinator.

    This full-time permanent opportunity is based at our Silverwater office and involves the day-to-day management of logistics operations to ensure compliance, efficiency, and smooth functioning of logistics processes.

    The role requires the use of various software platforms to manage CoR compliance, vehicle maintenance, contractor queries, invoicing, and overall fleet and asset management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Data entry, collation, and reconciliation
    • Process customer invoicing
    • Ensure timely and accurate completion of purchase orders, vehicle registration checks, and task-related closeouts
    • Resolve internal and external customer queries
    • Monitor fleet vehicles to ensure timely servicing
    • Evaluate vehicle and contractor compliance with safety regulations, vehicle servicing, and documentation

    Requirements:

    • An experienced Administrator with excellent time management and organisational skills to support working in a busy environment
    • Ability to interact in a friendly and professional manner at all times
    • Problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel software; SAP experience beneficial
    • A strong commitment to customer service
    • Effective communication skills with external and internal stakeholders
