    As Advisor Inclusive Talent Programs you will be responsible for growing the Qantas Group future talent pipeline for under-represented groups through the management of Work Experience and Internship programs and the creation of targeted programs and strategies to increase diverse representation. This role has a key focus on ensuring these pathway programs and strategies are inclusive, by supporting and engaging candidates from diverse backgrounds to participate.

    You'll have:

  • Minimum two years' experience in coordinating career-related programs or projects
  • Commitment, professionalism, respect and a 'can-do' attitude in any situation
  • High level of computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong capability of managing and prioritising multiple competing tasks for different stakeholders
  • Basic Project Management skills, including reporting on outcomes
  • Strong ability to engage and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Understanding of behaviours expected when engaging with minors
  • Ability to supervise large groups, exhibiting necessary authority
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
