Bring your leadership skills and passion for Agribusiness to this exciting role ideal for an ambitious and emerging Agribusiness Banker based in Regional VIC. As a key brand ambassador in the market, you'll partner with customers and engage with key industry stakeholders, whilst leading a team to provide tailored solutions.

• Drive portfolio growth identifying opportunities for new partnerships
• Showcase your leadership ability by leading a small high performing team
YOU | You will display high levels of professionalism and credibility in all business dealings and will be well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing regional Australian businesses. With strong experience in rural banking, account management and the agricultural industry, you will also bring the following:
• Ability to build rapport with sound experience in business development
• Understanding of the business needs and attitudes of regional agricultural customers
• Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of different stakeholders
• Previous experience in a similar agribusiness or customer relationship management role
THE ROLE | Develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry and referral partners, as well as facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes. Lead a dedicated team and drive the acquisitions strategy of the region with a focus on business growth, brand awareness and the provision of tailored solutions to achieve targets.
