- Lead a team to deliver consistent high quality customer service evidenced through customer satisfaction, repeat referrals and achievement of SLAs;
- Identify and implement innovative operational improvements;
- Develop business and facilitate growth opportunities;
- Recruitment, induction and training of new team members;
- Participate in key account meetings and leadership forums;
- Undertake monthly supervision with direct reports;
- Drive an engaging workplace culture.
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Psychology, Social Work or Nursing;
- Full Professional Registration with relevant governing body (AHPRA/ESSA/AASW/ASORC/RCAA);
- Experience in a similar role (Branch Manager/Team Leader) or demonstrated ability to lead and drive others performance;
- Ideally previous or current experience in Occupational Rehabilitation;
- A current NSW Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance is a must.
