- Communicate with said musicians via call or email to gauge interest in being part of the database and schedule them for an appointment
- Input the said musicians' information into the main database
- Periodic reporting about database update
- Other administrative service duties as required
- At least 3 years of data entry experience
- High attention to detail with high accuracy when performing tasks
- Strong research skills using various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (specifically with spreadsheet applications)
- Amenable to performing ad hoc tasks for the benefit of the business and ongoing and future projects
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
