    Status: Part-time, 20 hours/week
    Schedule: 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM Philippine Standard Time (Mon-Fri) | 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM AEST (Mon-Fri)

    Responsibilities

    • Search social media forums for musicians to add to the database
    • Communicate with said musicians via call or email to gauge interest in being part of the database and schedule them for an appointment
    • Input the said musicians' information into the main database
    • Periodic reporting about database update
    • Other administrative service duties as required
    Qualifications
    • At least 3 years of data entry experience
    • High attention to detail with high accuracy when performing tasks
    • Strong research skills using various social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
    • Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (specifically with spreadsheet applications)
    • Amenable to performing ad hoc tasks for the benefit of the business and ongoing and future projects
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
