    Job Description:

    An aged care provider located in Geelong is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Personal Care Attendants to join their dedicated team. The successful candidates will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring their dignity, respect, and health are maintained at all times.


    The role requires flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons and evenings across different days of the week. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills both verbally and written form as well as an empathetic approach when dealing with challenging situations.


    Required Skills & Qualifications:


    • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care would be highly regarded but not essential for those who can provide relevant experience; it's advisable that you have some kind of ageing-related certification preferably completed from an Australian institution within 5 years before your application date.',
