    Description

    Job Title:

    Senior Vlocity / Salesforce Developer Our client, a Federal Government organisation committed to enhancing customer experiences, is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Senior Vlocity / Salesforce Developer to join their passionate team.

    This role offers the flexibility of remote work for 2 or 3 days a week, with occasional travel to their offices conveniently located near Sydney CBD Train lines.


    Responsibilities:

    As a pivotal member of a talented multi-disciplinary scrum team, you will contribute to the delivery of Salesforce-based solutions as part of a transformative program.


    Key responsibilities include:

    Collaborating with the team to establish design standards and ensure the development of robust, reusable, and high-quality Salesforce Vlocity solutions.

    Upholding governance and coding standards through regular reviews and adherence to best practices.
    Supporting the deployment process across various environments, including Production.
    Actively participating in daily scrum activities and contributing to agile development methodologies.
    Delivering Salesforce Vlocity components and solutions in collaboration with developers, UI/UX experts, solution architects, and accessibility specialists.
    Leveraging your expertise in Salesforce Vlocity to guide best practices and solution delivery.
    Facilitating knowledge sharing and building team capabilities through collaboration and mentorship.
    Championing the adoption and implementation of CI/CD, Dev Ops, and test automation practices.

    Essential Criteria:
    Experience in Salesforce Vlocity platform using specifically Apex, LWC, Ominiscripts, Flexcards, integration procedures, and Data Raptors.
    Proficient in building and working with integrations such as REST APIs, Platform Events.
    Hold certifications including Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and Ominstudio Developer.
    Demonstrated experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and Health Cloud implementations.
    Familiarity with Source Control tools (e.g., Git Lab) and package-based development methodologies.

    Desirable Criteria:
    Experience working with Source Control tools (e.g., Git Lab) & package-based development.
    Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, VSCode, and Dev Ops practices.
    Successful implementation of a minimum of 4+ Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using agile methodology.
    Comfortable with new ways of thinking about accessibility and enthusiastic about accessible design & development will be highly regarded.

    This role is offered as a 12-month contract with possible extension, providing an excellent opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects within a supportive and innovative environment.
