The Client
Our client is seeking a Residential Building Manager to join their highly committed team who provides a high level of customer service to their clients. The key focus of this position is to provide proactive building management, support, and contractor supervision.

The Role
The Building Manager is responsible for:

• Regularly monitoring areas of common property
• Monitoring and coordinating tradespersons and inspections logs
• Managing the loading dock and deliveries
• Lift Management (bonds/bookings/removalist)
• Managing Lot Fit-outs and bonds
• Advising Owners Corporations of any dangerous conditions and compliance

The Candidate

• 3+ years' experience in Building Management
• Excellent customer service skills
• The ability to communicate articulately to stakeholders
• Efficient time management
• Must have a personable character and enjoy dealing with people daily
