The Package: $1, $1,366.98 gross per week + 11% super. (Evaluated as Grade 7 of the QPRC Salary System 2023).

Full time– 35 hours per week. Flex time conditions may apply.

Position Overview: This exciting position sits within the Customer and Communications team and is primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service through face-to-face, telephone and digital mediums on behalf of QPRC. This will include call centre operations, cash handling EFTPOS payments and responding to online enquiries.

This position involves providing timely customer service to numerous Council services including building and development, water and sewer operations, waste operations, transport maintenance and community programs and services.

Who we are looking for: Council is seeking a customer service superstar who is passionate about providing high quality customer service with a strong proficiency in problem solving and time management. The successful candidate will be able to deliver customer service to various stakeholders with a friendly and empathetic attitude with strong communication skills.
