Description

Sales & Product Support Specialist is responsible for providing an outstanding level of service to customers and internal stakeholders including the internal Customer Service Team, external sales representatives and distributor sales representatives. This will include answering telephone calls, providing advice to customers, providing quotations, following up on quotations and processing customer orders to be despatched via the warehouse. The Sales & Product Specialist will also assist the Product Management team with various support & administration tasks.This will include, but not be limited to:

• Answering calls, providing advice to customers, explaining how the products and solutions offered meet their needs.
• Providing price quotations and following up on them.
• Processing customer orders and handing over to operations team.
• Check in with clients after purchases to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and arrange for modifications if needed.
• You will also assist the Product Management team with various support & administration tasks.
