    The successful candidate will oversee the manufacturing, production, and installation functions, ensuring high standards and efficiency across VIC, SA, QLD, and NSW. This pivotal role will focus on optimising processes and fostering a customer-centric approach to drive sustained operational success and profitability.

    The General Manager of Operations will report directly to the executive team and be a key contributor to our strategic vision, aligning operations with company objectives and enhancing our market presence.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategy & Leadership: Shape and implement the national operations strategy, focusing on efficiency, quality, and best practices.
    • Team Development: Mentor state managers to build high-performing, collaborative teams.
    • Drive lean improvements and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and sustainability standards.
    • Customer-Centric Operations: Align production with client needs, building strong customer relationships.
    • Financial Management: Oversee budgets and control costs, reporting on financial outcomes.

    We are seeking a proven leader with experience in senior operational roles within manufacturing. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a proactive, innovative mindset, and excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

    The salary for this position is estimated at $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
