    The Company

    The Opportunity

    This Human Resources Advisor role is a critical role to support the business in all day to day people matters. It is a national role partnering with stakeholders across the business.

    Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

    • Partner with the leaders across the business and provide HR advice and support when required
    • End to end recruitment and talent acquisition management including contract management
    • Management of the onboarding and offboarding process for new staff
    • Performance management including partnering with managers throughout the review process
    • Providing salary and remuneration advice to line managers including managing all remuneration reviews
    • Champion company benefits and support mechanisms available including the employee assistance program
    • Support leaders through organisational change initiatives such as restructures and redundancies
    • Identify and facilitate training and development opportunities for staff
    • Compliance and legislation management
    • Conduct an engagement survey and drive cultural initiatives
    • Provide information and guidance on employee visa applications
    • Oversee company events and assist with organisation of company forums
    • Drive process improvement initiatives and strategic projects

    The Candidate

    To be successful in this role you will have experience in a similar position alongside:

    • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a similar role
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and natural relationship building skills
    • A hands on approach with the ability to influence decisions
    • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
