- Minimum of Bachelor of Engineering (Civil/Structural)
- RPEQ/CPEng – or evidence of progression towards achieving these accreditations
- Five years minimum Australian engineering consultancy experience
- Competency in any of the industry standard design software e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Microstran
- A systematic, logical and efficient design methodology/approach
- Exemplary communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a small cohesive team when required
- Competitive base salary of between $140,000 - $160,000 plus superannuation
- Fully maintained dual cab utility with fuel card

The Role
As the Senior Structural Engineer your primary objective will maintaining stability for the consultancy by assisting the incumbent transition out of the business while maintain the quality and timeliness of the business' engineering outputs. Furthermore, you will also be tasked with realising the business' growth potential through optimising workflows and assisting with new business development where appropriate.
