    Whilst this role will be responsible for achieving outcomes through others, your proven experience being able to operate hands on with applications, infrastructure and platforms teams in defining and delivering technology solutions for risks and issues will be instrumental to your success in this role.

    You will thrive in a fast-paced, solution-focused environment and draw on your collaborative and problem-solving skills to achieve optimal outcomes for OneCGM and your stakeholders. You will think critically to understand and navigate through to outcomes and use your exceptional people skills to negotiate and manage through ambiguity as you achieve the desired results.

    To be successful in this role you will have:

    • solid experience (minimum 7-10 years) in operational risk or technology operations roles, ideally in a global, complex, cross-functional financial services environment
    • a strong sense of ownership and integrity to directly drive results
    • strong problem solving skills with a proven ability to grasp abstract concepts and complex situations
    • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • strong relationship management skills across all levels of the organisation
    • flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment where priorities shift as we balance across multiple required outcomes in parallel
    • a strong sense of self and confidence to build trust with your stakeholders
