With a global scale, inclusive culture, and cutting-edge technology at your fingertips, you'll have everything you need to become the best version of yourself.

We have 2 Management Assistant roles on offer due to internal movement. These roles sit in our Treasury and Chief Operating Office (COO) teams.

Internally known as Management Assistant, this role offers the perfect step up for someone with some existing experience in similar business support roles (i.e., office coordinator, personal assistant, executive assistant etc.).

The responsibilities in this role are varied – from proactive support of diary management, email monitoring, expense and budget management, team event coordination, international and domestic travel arrangements along with some general administration tasks.

You'll be given loads of opportunities to grow in the role, with exposure to people right across the business. Last but not least, you'll be reporting into a team who want to help you succeed in your career with ING by challenging you to always stay a step ahead.

So, what are we looking for?

Really, it all comes down to the right mind set. We're looking for someone who can filter through a world of different priorities and help alleviate some of the pressures our Leadership Team face. Time. We want them spending as much of it as possible on the things that have the best value for them, our business and our customers – Which is where your role-plays a crucial part.

    A bit about the team

We're a fun and collaborative team, and we think you'll really thrive in our inclusive culture. As with any role things can get a bit hectic at times, but even when the going gets tough, we still have each other's support.

    What you'll do

    • Help your Leadership Team filter and prioritise what is important and keep them updated on what is happening within the business.

    • Juggle multiple priorities. Things can get busy sometimes and you'll be someone who can thrive under pressure and help things stay on track.
    • Be our systems whiz – because we're a digital bank we have a lot of systems that keep things running. You'll be someone who can pick up systems easily and intuitively.
    • Deliver fantastic attention to detail, organisation skills and proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint & Excel. Sometimes our Leadership Team may need to present information at short notice, and we're hoping you can help them consolidate information into presentable slides that their audience can easily understand.

    • And lastly an effervescent personality and a passion to do things right the first time

    What's in it for you?

    • Discounted ING Health Insurance
    • An additional Rest Day to support your wellbeing
    • An IMPACT day to volunteer on an approved sustainability activity
