    Requirements

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar field service support role.
    • Excellent technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills in desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
    • Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, VPN, and wireless connectivity.
    • Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
    • Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
    • Good communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
    • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
    • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client locations.
