    About the Role

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager or team member to lead the branch team at Dubbo. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of agricultural products and services and a proven track record of success.

    As a leader, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the branch operations, meeting financial goals, and building strong relationships with customers.

    Your key responsibilities will include:

    • Cultivating a collaborative branch environment that drives long-term growth
    • Oversight of branch operations, including project sales, service technicians, and retail operations
    • Exceeding sales, profit, and operational targets within the branch
    • Providing leadership and direction to the branch team
    • Developing and implementing branch business plans
    • Collaborating with other branches to support stock and logistics
    • Maintaining strong customer relationships
    • Developing and executing local marketing and promotional strategies
    • Ensuring safety and compliance requirements are met
