As the Productivity and Collaboration Engineer in Enterprise Technology Services (
ETS) you'll provide specialist knowledge primarily in the Productivity and Collaboration suite of applications, but also provide support services across other businesses including Networks, EUC, Telephony and Hybrid Cloud.

If you have a strong background in any of these areas including the technologies used, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, please applyThis role will include a mix of responsibilities between general BAU supportas well as providing expert knowledge and experience on small to largeprojects across these areas.

Day in the life:
Ensures systems, solutions, and policies are thoroughly maintained anddocumented
Identifies automation opportunities & implements accordingly
Analyses existing systems and operations and develops preventativemaintenance strategies
Offers 3rd level support to implemented solutions
Works with vendors to resolve incidents when appropriate
Plans, schedules and monitors work, to meet time and quality targets
Facilitates collaboration between stakeholders who share commonobjectives
Selects appropriately from applicable standards, methods, tools andapplications
Understands the importance of security of own work and the operationof the organisation
Calls out risks to the business as appropriate
Communicates complex information to a non-technical audience
