About the role As a Test Analyst, you'll be responsible for conducting functional, non-functional, and regression testing, employing both manual and automated techniques and tools.

Additionally, you'll strategically plan, design, execute, and document testing procedures to ensure that ICT solutions meet quality standards expected by the customers.

Utilizing risk and requirements-based testing approaches, you'll ensure comprehensive test coverage and traceability align with specified requirements and standards.

Responsibilities Execute operational software testing activities for our client's Information & Communication Telecommunications (ICT) solutions and take responsibility for the testing outcomes.

Gain a comprehensive understanding of the ICT solution, business, and technical requirements, and implement concrete testing activities across various stages of the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC).

Leverage expertise and experience to develop, plan, execute, and sustain: Functional testing utilizing ISTQB test techniques Non-functional testing employing ISTQB test techniques targeting ICT solution quality attributes Test automation for basic execution and result analysis, issue reporting, and demonstration of foundational knowledge in practices and tools Regression and End-to-End (E2 E) testing ensuring validation and quality assurance of business scenarios and requirements.

Participate in defect reporting, triage, and retesting, conducting preliminary investigations into defect root causes.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with delivery teams, stakeholders, and customers to define testing objectives and potential advantages.
Provide insights on the quality of ICT solutions through test-driven metrics, analysis, and inquiries.

Work autonomously, offering software testing guidance to key stakeholders, including identifying risks and issues, and aiding in determining the testability of functional and non-functional requirements.

Contribute to enhancing testing processes and methodologies, advocating testing best practices, exploring challenges and opportunities, and contributing to innovative solutions.

Develop and sustain expertise in testing and IT solutions, take charge of personal learning and development requirements, and facilitate knowledge transfer to others.

Undertake additional responsibilities as needed.
The role may include quarterly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for maintenance.
Diverse experience across both public and private sectors is highly advantageous.
Requirements (Mandatory): International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) or equivalent international certification.

Desirable:
Demonstrated recent experience in functional testing.
Basic proficiency in SQL writing and execution.
Familiarity or experience with JIRA and Confluence.
