    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop high-performing marketing strategies and campaigns for clients
    • Prioritize tasks for projects and campaigns
    • Create thorough briefs for creative and operations teams
    • Analyze marketing data and generate client reports
    • Exercise creative judgment and effectively communicate it to clients and teams

    Required Skills

    • Ability to craft effective marketing strategies
    • Strong task management, project management, and ongoing client service skills
    • Relationship building skills between clients and internal team members
    • Comprehensive knowledge of marketing channels, including Social Media, Search Engine Marketing, Email Marketing, and Websites
    • A growth mindset is essential for Oddball's success

    Desired Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related fields
    • Proven industry experience in digital marketing account management
    • Exceptional communication, decision-making, and task prioritization skills
    • Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
    • Pursuit of new knowledge and skills is highly valued
