About the service
This reputable service is centrally located and has less than 70 children when at full capacity. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Centre Manager to make this service your own or for an experienced Assistant Manager to take on a leadership role.

The non-negotiables

• Diploma in Child Services (or higher)
• Minimum of 1 year continuous experience in a CM role in a long daycare setting or two years as ACM (not negotiable)
• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
• Inherently responsible and dedicated to providing a safe and positive environment for children and staff
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and build positive relationships with families
• Strong organisational and time management skills
