- External vendor onboarding through business engagement with IT, Legal, Finance and Group Procurement
- Create and support a dashboard of performance metrics for the IT Group
- Manage all IT finance month end support activities
- Ensure the completion of accounts payments through issuing of weekly invoices in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain and manage centralized contract repository of vendor contracts
- Identifies and responds to management and internal team members needs
- Ability to complete multiple duties promptly and efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advanced working knowledge of how to get the best from the MS Office Suite; including Excel
- Ability to take on challenges with lateral thinking
