    YOUR NEXT COMPANY:


    Our client is a local commercial builder who does commercial D&C as well as doing fit out and refurbishment projects across a variety of sectors.

    Their projects range, but go up to around $15mill in size.

    This is an exciting business as they are rapidly growing and they offer a unique opportunity for their employees to take on additional responsibilities which will allow for a faster path to more challenging work and real career development.

    They are also focused on continuous improvement of their processes and systems and this will allow employees more input as the company strives to grow.


    YOUR NEXT ROLE:
    A position has become available for a Project Manager to join the business.

    You will take responsibility of the budget and ensuring the projects are delivered on time and within their financial goals.

    You will liaise closely with clients and ensure their expectations are met at numerous phases of the project life cycle.

    You will also oversee the project resources and work closely with site management to make sure the projects are ran within OHS guidelines.


    ARE YOU A FIT?

    To be considered successful for this role, you will be an experienced Project Manager having ran commercial construction projects end to end within Australia either fit out or new build in nature.

    You will have excellent leadership skills, be organised and structured and have a good grasp of IT systems. If you are driven, passionate and motivated we would love to speak to you.
