    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Operational Support: Provide level-3 operational AppsDev Business as Usual (BAU) support, resolving cloud deployment-related issues
    • Software Engineering: Undertake backend software engineering and development, focusing on REST API development, microservices, and full stack development
    • Technical Expertise: Provide technical Subject Matter Expertise across Application development, including scope and effort estimation and technical documentation
    • Leadership: Take up a technical lead role, setting direction for a small team of developers
    • Code Reviews: Orchestrate and participate in code reviews, providing technical governance, quality assurance, and adoption of consistent coding standards
    • Tech Skills: Android, AWS ECS, AWS EC2, Route 53, ELB, PostGreSQL, Oracle DB, Kotlin, NodeJS, ReactJS, ExpressJS, GIS systems (Geoserver), Spring Boot, Terraform
    • Coding: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for both front-end and back-end components
    • API Implementation: Implement and consume RESTful APIs to connect web applications with backend services
    • Testing and Debugging: Test and debug applications to ensure optimal functionality across different browsers and devices
    • Deployment: Deploy applications to production environments and monitor their performance
    • Emerging Technologies: Continuously learn and stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in full stack and mobile app development
    • Code Review Feedback: Participate in code reviews and provide feedback
    • User Experience: Collaborate with UX/UI Designers to ensure a seamless user experience
    • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise during development and postproduction phases
