They are seeking an experienced i Chris Systems Administrator or Senior Payroll Officer with strong i Chris experience to step into their technical role on a full-time and permanent basis.

What's on offer?Competitive salary package - up to $120 K+ Super + performance based annual bonus Brisbane Southern suburbs with parking available and access to public transport Report into a highly respected and experienced Payroll Manager with an excellent track record and empathetic approach to leadership About the role: Reporting into the National Payroll Manager and working closely with the payroll BAU team and the broader HR team, your key duties will include: Identify areas for process enhancement by analysing user feedback and closely monitoring key performance indicators Develop thorough disaster recovery strategies to minimise data loss in unforeseen circumstances or system malfunctions Deliver exceptional support to internal stakeholders by promptly and accurately resolving technical issues Create and maintain documentation for support procedures, processes, and solutions in centralised systems, facilitating user self-service Initiate feedback on processes and contribute actively during team projects Conduct comprehensive system integration testing and file validation Perform meticulous pre and post-upgrade testing of systems Continually enhance process efficiency and system configuration Leverage effective time management techniques to meet project deadlines Execute system integration testing and file validation About you: You you a highly experienced i Chris Systems Administrator or Senior Payroll Officer with strong technical capabilities along with:3+ years of experience in a similar role Strong i Chris knowledge (essential)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Full and unlimited Australian working rights This is a truly exciting opportunity that will not be available for long.
