The successful candidate will be involved in all stages of the deal lifecycle.
Examples of responsibilities include:
Meeting and liaising with target company management teams and foundersDeveloping investment thesesSourcing new investment opportunitiesResearching and assessing domestic & global marketsBuilding financial investment modelsCoordinating with GS domain experts globally, 3rd party diligence advisors and banksPresenting in investment committeeParticipating in deal structuring and investment documentationBuilding and maintain relationships with management teams and partnersManaging portfolio companies in strategic and operational projects including M&A, capital raising, asset sales, and budgetingQualifications
Highly motivated commercial team player to be integrally involved in all aspects of private equity investing.
The ideal candidate has passion and curiosity about investing, as well as strong accounting/finance, team management and business assessment skills.
Other criteria include:
