    About The RoleAs a Selection Officer, you'll orchestrate the annual intake of junior doctors, coordinating with regional managers and committees to ensure a seamless selection process.

    Reporting to the Executive Manager of the organisation, you'll play a crucial role in application assessment, interview scheduling, and maintaining high standards of selection integrity.

    Your methodical attention to detail will contribute to our strategic goals and the continued success of their training programmes.
    DUTIESCoordinate annual trainee intake.
    Score and rank applications.
    Manage enquiries and communication.
    Organise multi-stage interviews.
    Collect and process references.
    Ensure accuracy and fairness in selection.
    General HR and training administration.
    SKILLS & EXPERIENCEAt least 3 years in an HR/Training coordinator role.
    Strong Excel skills.
    Excellent attention to detail.
    Good communication abilities.
    Effective organisational skills.
    Ability to work under pressure.
    Team-oriented mindset.
