    About the Role

    The Eyre and Far North Local Health Network is seeking a highly skilled Healthcare Operations Manager to join their team. This role will be responsible for leading and managing medical practices that deliver services to communities and hospitals in the region.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Leading planning and delivery of administrative programs and services supporting EFNLHN medical practices
      • ">
    • Maintaining high-level support and services for the Executive Director of Medical Services, including financial reporting and budget evaluation
      • ">
    • Overseeing medical practice records management and human resource functions
      • ">
    • Developing, delivering, and reviewing complex process improvement projects and change management initiatives
      • ">
    • Conducting research and analysis to inform evidence-based decision making
      • ">
