    RESPONSABILITES
    Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
    Lead project teams and ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members
    Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project objectives are met
    Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
    Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
    Manage project budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints
    Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
    Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team

    QUALIFICATIONS
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g.
    business, engineering, project management)
    Proven experience as a Project Director or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
    Strong leadership and team management skills
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
    Experience with project management software and tools
