Job summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Stewarding Manager to lead and manage the full scope of Stewarding operations at Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention Centre.Lead the stewarding team to deliver exceptional support across all kitchen and event operations. Oversee the preparation, quality control, and timely delivery of mise en place for all functions. Ensure all dishwashing, servery, and storage areas are maintained to the highest standards.
This role will work on a rotating 7-day roster.
