    The Retail Commercial Manager is a pivotal role responsible for driving end-to-end value creation across the total Red Meat category. You will manage key relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support data-led decisions and influence stakeholders for best outcomes.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage the Retail Supermarket Channel to support the delivery of the Retail Annual and 3Y Strategic Meat Category Plan.
    • Continuously improve the existing product range and identify profit and revenue rate improvement opportunities.
    • Lead and manage Greenstock's retail product development and innovation projects through cross-functional teams.
    • Collaborate with Greenstock Sourcing and Operations Teams, and the wider Woolworths Group, providing insights into the Greenstock value chain and recommending opportunities to improve overall returns.
    • Project manage the scoping, feasibility, product development, and execution phases to drive end-to-end value creation.

    What You'll Bring:

    • Bachelor degree in Food Science, Business, Commerce, or equivalent industry experience.
    • 5+ years of experience in Retail Key Account Management, with finance, commercial retail, and manufacturing backgrounds ideal.
    • Experience in the red meat or other protein categories, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and complexities of manufacturing environments.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in Google Suite and the application of data analytics.
