Location: Sydney, Australia

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 base salary per annum plus superannuation, with additional annual bonus structure

Role Overview: As a Sales Design Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, working closely with our Design and Sales teams to deliver outstanding office fit-out solutions. Your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth through proactive client engagement, innovative solutions, and exceptional sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate and nurture client relationships through strategic cold calling and networking.

• Conduct in-depth client meetings to understand their vision and requirements.

• Prepare compelling presentations and proposals to showcase our innovative solutions.

• Collaborate with the Design team to create customized designs that meet client needs.

• Coordinate site inspections and project tenders, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.

• Utilize your negotiation skills to secure contracts and close deals effectively.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the commercial fit-out industry.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.

• A passion for innovation and creativity in design.
