    Assistant Venue Manager

    We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Venue Manager to join our management team at the Jindalee Hotel in Brisbane. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a proven track record in managing large-capacity venues, adept at team leadership, and skilled in cultivating and nurturing strong management teams.

    About the Role:

    • Work closely with the Venue Manager to orchestrate the day-to-day operations of our multifaceted venue.
    • Lead and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional service, delectable food, and a welcoming atmosphere.
    • Cultivate and nurture strong management teams through effective communication and coaching.

    What's on Offer:

    • A generous salary package of $76,000 - $78,000 + Super.
    • An annual KPI Bonus of up to $5,000.
    • The opportunity to be part of a professional and well-known hospitality team.

    Essential Requirements:

    • 2+ years of management experience in a similar venue.
    • Experience working in a Gaming & Wagering venue.
    • Strong Food & Beverage knowledge.
    • Understanding and ability to learn venue reporting and systems on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
    • Ability to generate revenue-building ideas throughout all aspects of the business.
    • Possess a current RLMV & Approved Managers license.
    • CLO desirable but not necessary.
