    As a Senior Cyber Security Engineer, you'll develop and oversee the Cyberworthiness program for the Update and Upkeep of critical defence systems.

    Key Responsibilities
    Development of a Cyberworthiness Guidance Plan.
    Development and Updates of a Cyber Security Roadmap.
    Work with all relevant stakeholders to develop approach to Cyber Security services.
    Conduct of Cyberworthiness gap analysis providing recommendations for Cyberworthiness maturity improvements.
    Development of Cyberworthiness impact assessments for proposed System changes.
    Support the development or maintenance of Cw MP supporting documentation based on risk priorities.
    Skills, Experience and Qualifications
    Requires a University Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other STEM discipline with relevant software engineering experience.
    10 years working experience in a similar role.

    Requires expert or mastery level knowledge of requirement definition and analysis, software architecture and design, development and testing or Cyber.

    Proven experience in designing and implementing security measures for complex systems.
    Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies, including:Network and system security
    Access controls and authentication
    Vulnerability management
    Incident response and disaster recovery
    Compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g.

    NIST, ISO/IEC 27001, PSPF, ISM and DSPF)Experience with security tools and technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and security information and event management systems (SIEMs).

    Strong delivery, stakeholder engagement, and change management skills
    Strong verbal and written communication and documentation skills.
    Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance as needed.
