Administrative Support Role
We are seeking an administrative assistant to provide a range of support services to our office team. Key responsibilities include:
Main Tasks
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent verbal communication, computer, organisational, and time management skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
You should also have a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
A valid driver's license, police check, and COVID-19 vaccination certificate (with booster) are mandatory requirements.
In addition, experience with office management systems and procedures, as well as basic knowledge of MS Office 365, would be highly advantageous.
Person Specification
This role is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, able to communicate clearly, and willing to take initiative when required.
The successful candidate will possess a positive approach to change, be well-presented, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
