- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on Epiroc surface drills to internal and external customers.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including presentations, manuals, and hands-on activities.
- Conduct training sessions both in a classroom setting and on-site, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback mechanisms, continuously improving the training programs based on results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to stay updated on product developments and incorporate them into training materials.
- Experience operating and maintaining Epiroc surface drills in mining or construction industries.
- Strong technical knowledge of Epiroc surface drills, their functions, and maintenance requirements.
- Experience in delivering technical training programs, preferably within the mining or heavy machinery industry.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt training content to various audiences.
- Proficiency in creating training materials using tools such as PowerPoint.
- A flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or in the process of obtaining qualification.
